Karnal MC uploads data of 10,524 properties in lal dora areas on NDC portal
The Karnal Municipal Corporation (KMC) has uploaded data of 10,524 properties located in Lal Dora on the No Dues Certificate (NDC) portal and its website. Property owners can now check their property details online and can submit their objections by December 10, said Dr Vaishali Sharma, Commissioner, KMC.
“The policy of the state government mandates issuing property certificates for properties in Lal Dora to enable property owners to update their records in revenue documents and carry out registrations,” said the Commissioner.
“The data of these properties is available on the NDC portal (www.property.ulbharyana.gov.in) and the KMC’s website (mckarnal.in). Property owners can now view their property details online. If any errors are found in the uploaded property data, property owners can submit their objections in the KMC office. Submissions must be made offline in Room No. 120, along with all relevant documents. No claims or objections will be entertained after the deadline,” said the Commissioner.
She said that to file an objection, applicants must complete a form and submit it with supporting documents, including an affidavit verified by a revenue authority detailing ownership or possession in the Lal Dora area, electricity or water bills’ copies from the past 10 years, government-issued ID proofs, including driving licence, passport, GST registration certificate or similar documents mentioning the property address, evidence of possession over the past 10 years.
“At least two documents proving possession over the last decade are mandatory,” she said, adding that applicants can attach sale/transfer deeds, mutation documents or court orders. In case of the original owner’s demise, a legal heir certificate issued by a competent authority or civil court must be provided.
After the resolution of claims and objections, property cards will be distributed, enabling property owners to register their properties and establish ownership, she maintained.
“Property owners can verify their property details promptly and ensure their documents are accurate to avoid future disputes,” she said.
