Rishihood University inks MoU with the Indian Institute of Public Administration
Rishihood University has signed an MoU with the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), with the aim to foster long-term academic and scientific cooperation. The MOU will enable knowledge transfers and assistance, via training and mutual research collaborations in the areas of modern governance and evolving public policy.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Kamlesh Misra, Vice-Chancellor, Rishihood University, said, “I am glad to initiate this MoU process to drive a positive change in our society. The MoU will offer ample opportunities to explore, research and make collaborative developments across various departments. It’s exciting to provide such wonderful exposure to students and the faculty. We look forward to seeing the fruitful results of this collaboration.”
FLAME University launches Taiwan Studies Project
FLAME University, Pune, along with the Gateway House, the Center for South and Southeast Asia Studies (CSSAS) and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in India (TECC) hosted the ‘India-Taiwan: Partners for the Future’ roundtable. The event also witnessed the launch of the Taiwan Studies Project by FLAME University.
During the roundtable, an MoU was signed by Peters Chen, Director of Education Division, TECC, and Prof. Roger Liu of the FLAME University.
Taiwan’s Ministry of Education initiated the Taiwan Study Project in 2003 to work with top universities in the world including Cambridge University, University of California – Berkeley, Boston University, Japan’s Waseda University, as well as other prestigious higher education institutions in the world. The project aims at expanding the knowledge of international scholars about Taiwan.
