CT Group of Institutions organised a 'WOW' — Weekend of Wellness event — underscoring its commitment to promoting health and well-being within the community. The event which kicked off at 6 in the morning in Model Town, welcomed participants of all age-groups to embrace physical fitness, wellness and healthy lifestyle choices, bringing hundreds out onto the streets for an inspiring morning of activity.

The Weekend of Wellness was filled with various events, featuring yoga, Zumba sessions and group fitness training led by Team Parindey and founder Rajan Syal. Students and community members joined in enthusiastically, making the event a dynamic mix of fitness and fun.

Games such as badminton, cricket and football offered friendly competition, with participants and organisers fully engaged. Special dignitaries added to the event's significance, including chief guest Sirivennela, ACP Model Town, who highlighted the importance of health.

Dr Manbir Singh, Managing Director of CT Group and vice-chairman Harpreet Singh supported the activities, joining participants and emphasising the importance of exercise and active living.
