Tributes paid to Yechury

Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI) has expressed deep sorrow on the sad, untimely demise of Comrade Sitaram Yechuri, general secretary CPI(M). Office-bearers of the RMPI through a joint press statement issued from here today paid homage to the leader of the Communist movement in India.

All leaders sent their condolences to the central committee of the CPI(M) and the family of the departed stalwart.

Hoshiarpur: Savera Social Welfare Society has condoled the demise of Leftist ideologue and national general secretary Sitaram Yechury. Ajay Bagga, convener of the NGO, said Yechury was an intellectual and his departure was a major setback to the Left movement.
