Tanaya Gupta bags bronze in Commonwealth essay competition
Tanaya Gupta, a 14-year-old student from St Joseph’s Convent School, has won the bronze award in the prestigious ‘2024 Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition.
The competition attracts thousands of entries each year from students across all 56 Commonwealth countries, providing a platform for young voices to engage with global issues through creative writing.
Gaurav Gupta, Tanaya’s father said her essay stood out for its originality, creativity and insights, earning her recognition among a sea of talented young writers. The bronze award places her among the top entries, highlighting her exceptional writing skills and thought-provoking perspective on the competition’s themes, her father further added.
