NGO distributes study material to students
City-based NGO EduYouth Foundation organised a charity event at Arya Model High School, Garha, here yesterday to celebrate International Literacy Day. The event aimed to support the educational needs of students by providing essential study materials.
Around 350 students, ranging from nursery to Class VI received notebooks, pencils, sharpeners, sketch pens and more. Along with study materials, refreshments, including biscuits, sandwiches, chips and juice packs were also distributed. The school administration played a crucial role in ensuring the smooth conduct of the event.
Kanwar Sartaj Singh, president of EduYouth Foundation, emphasised the importance of supporting the younger generation. “Our goal is to motivate children to excel in studies. They are the future of our nation and it is our moral responsibility to provide them with the resources needed to succeed,” he said. Singh also extended a special thanks to Principal Aradhna for her assistance in making the event a success.
The principal praised the efforts of the EduYouth Foundation, stating that such initiatives encourage students and have a positive impact on their educational journey.
