CT Group, in collaboration with the Traffic Police, Jalandhar, took to the streets to distribute umbrellas among frontline workers as the monsoon season continues.
The initiative, aimed at fostering a sense of community and compassion, saw enthusiastic participation from students and faculty alike.
The umbrella distribution drive was carried out at key locations across the city, including BMC Chowk, Guru Nanak Mission Chowk, Apeejay Chowk, and the Traffic Police office.
The students, under the guidance of their faculty, handed out umbrellas to traffic police personnel and other frontline workers who often have to endure long hours in unpredictable weather conditions.
ACP (Traffic Police), Aatish Bhatia, who was present during the distribution, appreciated the efforts of the students and faculty of CT Group. He remarked, “The frontline workers often bear the brunt of harsh weather conditions, and this initiative has provided them with much-needed relief during the monsoon.”
