The police, under the leadership of Commissioner of Police Swapan Sharma, has dismantled a gang involved in the theft of motorcycles. One gang member has been arrested.

According to Sharma, the police received a tip-off that Vijay Kumar, alias Laddu, a habitual offender known for stealing motorcycles, was attempting to sell a stolen black Honda Twister (PB08-CC-2041) near Ekhari Puli here.

Acting swiftly on the information, a police team apprehended Kumar at the location.
