The Jammu and Kashmir Assembly on Thursday witnessed ruckus after BJP legislators protested over Lok Sabha MP Engineer Rashid’s brother, MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed, who displayed a banner in the House seeking restoration of Article 370.
