Apni Party holds review meeting in Jammu
Apni Party’s senior vice-president Ghulam Hassan Mir chaired a review meeting on Friday at the party’s Jammu office. The primary focus of the gathering was to analyse the factors contributing to the party’s recent poor performance in the Assembly elections and to discuss ways to strengthen grassroots support.
Mir encouraged party leaders to re-engage with ground-level workers to boost morale and work on connecting with the public more effectively. The meeting was attended by prominent party members, including Provincial president Manjit Singh, ex-MLA Faqir Nath, Ajaz Kazmi, Saleem Alam, Arun Kumar Chibber, Pavneet Kour, Raqeeq Ahmed Khan, Abhay Bakaya, Neelam Gupta, Vaibhav Mattoo, Divansh Sharma and others.
In his address, Mir stressed the importance of district-level interactions to address the concerns of the people and ensure that the issues they face are promptly highlighted for redressal. Party leaders provided Mir with updates on the functioning of various wings within the party, marking an active step toward a more people-centered approach.
