16 pregnant women test +ve

A total of 105 persons tested positive for coronavirus, among them 16 pregnant women in Jammu and Kashmir, on Sunday, taking the total caseload to 2,446.
So far, 28 persons have died due to the pandemic in J&K. Twenty five of these have been from Kashmir and three from Jammu.
“In the UT of J&K, 105 new positive cases have been reported since our last update yesterday; 15 from Jammu and 90 from Kashmir,” read the media bulletin on novel coronavirus. Nineteen patients have recovered and discharged from various hospitals of J&K. The official bulletin revealed that out of the 105 positive cases, 34 were travellers, with a majority of them, 10, from Kupwara.Anantnag reported 24 fresh positive cases, Kulgam 17, Baramulla 15, Budgam 11, Kupwara 10, Srinagar eight, Jammu six, and three each in Kathua, Pulwama, and Rajouri, two each in Shopian and Ramban and one in Samba. Officials said of the 16 pregnant women, 10 were from Baramulla, five from Kulgam and one from Anantnag.
A majority of the coronavirus cases, 1943, have been reported from Kashmir. Jammu has the figure of 503.
Three cases in Ladakh
Three more persons tested positive for Covid-19 in Ladakh on Sunday, taking the total number of active cases in the region to 30.
According to the official media bulletin, two persons from Leh and one from Kargil district tested positive. With this, Ladakh now has 30 active cases, with seven in Leh and 23 in Kargil district.
