Woman doctor’s timely intervention saves elderly man’s life at Delhi airport
New Delhi, July 18
A woman doctor recently revived and saved the life of an elderly man after he suffered a heart attack at the Delhi airport.
The efforts and promptness of the doctor are being praised by social media users after a video of the incident went viral.
In the video, the female doctor can be seen pumping the chest of the ailing man amidst a crowd of onlookers.
The visuals show the doctor resuscitating the man and saying inspiring words to him till he regained consciousness. Later, the man was given medical treatment by airport authorities.
Today at T2 Delhi Airport, a gentleman in his late 60s had a heart attack in the food court area.
This lady Doctor revived him in 5 mins.

Social media users are hailing the doctor for her effective intervention that saved the passenger’s life.
Airport sources said the passenger was travelling to Bhubaneswar from Delhi in an IndiGo flight (6E 2023). The woman doctor who resuscitated the man works in Medanta Hospital, Airport unit. The incident took place at 5.30 pm on July 14, the sources said.
