The BJP today demanded Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s immediate resignation following Supreme Court’s conditional bail to him in the Delhi excise policy case.

Party spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia launched a scathing attack on Kejriwal’s continued leadership, saying: “The Supreme Court has held up a mirror to the Delhi CM by granting him conditional bail. He should step down immediately. He has transitioned from being a ‘jail wale CM’ to a ‘bail wale CM’.” Bhatia accused Kejriwal of lacking integrity and moral fortitude.
