The Supreme Court on Tuesday witnessed a heated exchange between a Bench led by Justice Bela M Trivedi and one Arun Ramchandra Hublikar who was removed from the courtroom by security personnel as he was adamant on seeking an inquiry against the former CJI Ranjan Gogoi.

“We are going to impose a cost on you. Don’t take the name of any judge. There is nothing in your case,” the Bench told Hublikar after he levelled allegations against Justice Gogoi.

“How can you say that there is nothing in my case? How can it be said? It’s injustice against me. At least, I should get justice before my death,” Hublikar said. The Bench dismissed his petition and ordered the security personnel to remove him from the courtroom.
