For the second day in a row, tumultuous scenes were witnessed between Opposition and BJP MPs during the joint Parliamentary panel’s meeting today.

The opposition MPs alleged that derogatory remarks were made against them by a BJP member in the meeting, which forced them to boycott the meeting.
