New Delhi, January 31

Five of the six accused in the Parliament security breach case have moved a Delhi court on Wednesday, alleging the police tortured them by giving electric shocks.

The five accused — Sagar Sharma, Manoranjan D, Amol Shinde, Mahesh Kumawat and Lalit Jha — except for Neelam Azad moved an application before the Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur of Patiala House Court. The application alleged that the accused were tortured and given electric shocks.
