MOST of the concrete roads, which were recently constructed in Dharamsala under the Smart City Project, were damaged during the recent monsoons. It is surprising that the concrete roads in the city, which are supposed to have a lifespan of more than a decade, have not withstood even a single monsoon. The government should order an inquiry into the poor construction and the wastage of taxpayers’ money. —Neeraj Sharma, Dharamsala

The leaders of the region should take note of this and work towards improving the track. —Satish Sharma, Panchrukhi
