Van Mitra documentation process from Dec 16 to 24
The documentation process for candidates who have successfully cleared the physical fitness test for Forest Guard recruitment in the Salooni Forest Division and the Chamba Forest Division will take place from December 16 to 24 at the SDM office in Churah.
Ankur Thakur, SDM and chairman of the Van Mitra Recruitment Committee, said for candidates from Pugthala and Tissa beats under Salooni Forest Division, the documentation process will commence on December 16.
The documentation process for the candidates from Sagti, Shaul and Baira beats will take place on December 18 and candidates from Chandru, Mansa, Jungbani, Devikothi and Gangiyas beats on December 19.
Those from Chundi, Chilli, Thana Khairna and Ail beats may appear before the documentation committee on December 20. Under Chamba Forest Division, documentation will be conducted on December 21 for those from Dantui, Chanju, Sundri, Baghi and Tikri beats.
On December 23, candidates from Jasaur Diola, Thali, Kalwala, Nagni and Bara beats will undergo documentation, while on December 24, the process will conclude with candidates from Kohl, Dugli, Kalhel, Sikri, Saloh, and Chhatri beats.
Thakur has appealed to all committee members to ensure their presence at his office on the scheduled dates. He also urged the officials involved in the Forest Guard recruitment process to personally oversee the documentation and refrain from delegating this responsibility to their subordinates, ensuring the integrity and smooth execution of the process.
