The Sirmaur Health Department has issued an advisory urging residents to be cautious with fireworks and vigilant against food adulteration during Diwali. Chief Medical Officer Dr Ajay Pathak highlighted a rise in food adulteration cases around festivals and advised careful purchasing of sweets and food items.
