Rural roads in bad shape

The rural roads are in a poor condition in the Ronhat area. Full of potholes and lacking maintenance, they expose the government’s claim of providing

rural connectivity. The PWD should repair the roads at the earliest to avert any major mishap on these roads.

Water leakage a problem

Leaking water on the Sabji Mandi road has become a cause for concern for those walking or driving though this uphill path. Because of intense cold, the water freezes into a thin sheet of ice, posing a threat to pedestrians as well as vehicles. —Amit Chauhan, Shimla
