Missing man found after 5 yrs

A Gujarati person, missing from his house for the past five years, was handed over by the Chamba police to his family who arrived at Chowari in the district today, a police report said here.

The report revealed that on August 2, the police found a man wandering in Pangi who was neither able to reveal his identity, nor able to tell how he reached there.

Later, it was found that the man was from Gujarat. The Pangi police got him tested for Covid and tried to find out his house address. They came to know that he was a resident of Dahod district of Gujarat, falling under the Katwada police station area.

His medical examination was done in which he was found to be okay, the report said.

The police contacted Katwada police station of Gujarat to find his family. It was found that his name is Shankar Bhai Son Chhamal Bhai and he is a resident of Lacheli village under Katwada police station.
