The youth should set big goals and be ready to face all kinds of challenges in life, said Technical Education Minister Rajesh Dharmani while inaugurating AI, machine learning, electrical and electronic laboratories at Himachal Pradesh Technical University in Hamirpur on Friday. The laboratories have been built at a cost of over Rs 1.80 crore.

The minister also attended a function of the NSUI at the campus. Dharmani said many a time, youngsters gave up their dreams and stopped trying after witnessing a small setback.

Dharmani said youth could get great job opportunities by pursuing multiple courses through soft skills and apprenticeship.

He further said all possible steps would be taken to develop HPTU as a centre of excellence.

Bhoranj MLA Suresh Kumar said various facilities would be added expanded in the university.
