SEVERAL streetlights in Shimla are not working and need to be repaired as soon as possible. Due to these malfunctioning lights, people have to walk in the dark at night. The fear of slipping or being attacked by a wild animal looms over pedestrians passing through various stretches. This could seriously injure pedestrians. —Sudhir, Shimla
