Water shortage in Smart City Dharamsala

DESPITE Dharamsala witnessing heavy downpour, there seems to be no end to the problems of water shortage in Ram Nagar and Shayam Nagar areas of the city. The Jal Shakti Department officials had initially attributed the shortage to the lack of rain in the region. Now, when the area is experiencing considerable rain, they are alleging that water pipes have been damaged.
