Follow Guru Nanak’s teachings: Shukla

Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu have greeted the people of the state, especially the Sikhs, on the auspicious occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti.

In a message, the Governor said that the Gurparb was the most sacred festival of the Sikhs, which was the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev. He added that we should follow the teachings of Guruji for an enriched and peaceful life.

In a felicitation message, the Chief Minister said that Guru Nanak Dev preached love, peace and communal harmony to strengthen the bond of universal brotherhood. He added that the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev were more relevant in the present era.
