Durga Prasad HOD of U-17 school games

Durga Prasad, a physical education teacher at Government Senior Secondary School, Kinnu, has been appointed as the Head of Delegation (HOD) for the Himachal Pradesh team at the under-17 National School Games Athletics. The event is being held in Lucknow from November 26 to November 30.

Previously honoured with Ambassador of Rampur Award, Durga Prasad has successfully trained several national and international athletes from his school. He has also served as a coach for under-19 athletics teams representing Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.

The acting principal of the school, Dr Pratap Singh, along with the entire staff, extended their congratulations to Durga Prasad for this accomplishment. He also mentioned that Divyanka, a student from the school, is participating in the athletics competition.
