Cops trained in modern techniques for investigating road accidents
As many as 35 investigating officers from across Himachal Pradesh, primarily from district traffic wings were trained in modern techniques for investigating road traffic accident cases during specialized three-day training on road safety for field investigation officers in Himachal Pradesh was organized by the Traffic, Tourist, and Railway (TTR) unit, Shimla. The prescribed training program was designed by the Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPR&D), New Delhi concluded here today.
During the program, police personnel were also trained about employing advanced equipment for traffic law enforcement, including Alco sensors, Doppler radar, and laser speed meters.
The concluding session of this training program was presided over by AIG TTR, Vinod Kumar with the course coordination managed by Additional SP TTR, Narvir Singh Rathour.
The participants were provided with in-depth training on several crucial topics from expert speakers and trainers.
