Special facilities were also provided to the public, such as the online payment of compounding fees for Motor Vehicle (MV) challans through the ePay system under the e-Courts Digital Payment initiative, especially in courts of Traffic Magistrates. Efforts were made to ensure widespread awareness about the Lok Adalat through SMS alerts, jingles, and the distribution of informational material. Local bodies, NGOs, Panchayati Raj representatives, Para Legal Volunteers, and public transport services collaborated in these awareness initiatives, enabling a significant number of litigants to benefit from the event.
