BJP delegation to meet Governor on Dec 11
A day before the Congress will celebrate its two years in power on December 12, a high-power delegation of the BJP will meet Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla to apprise him of the failures of the Congress government. As per the BJP spokesperson, the BJP’s Himachal Pradesh state in-charge Shrikant Sharma, co-in-charge Sanjay Tandon, Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur, former Union Minister Anurag Thakur, state president Rajiv Bindal, former president Suresh Kashyap, Satpal Satti, Harsh Mahajan, Indu Goswami, Sikandar Kumar and all other big leaders will be part of this delegation.
In the run-up to the government’s function in Bilaspur, the BJP will organize district-level protests across the state, starting from December 7. Jai Ram Thakur, Anurag Thakur, Bindal will visit all four parliamentary constituencies and expose the Congress government on the streets through protests.
As per the party spokesperson, the BJP will also try to send out a message that there’s no factionalism in the party as if often suggested by Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu.
On December 10, a big protest will be held in Shimla, in which eight assembly constituencies of the district will ensure their participation.
