To make Bilaspur a hub of water sports, the district administration conducted a trial run of a ‘shikara’ on Gobind Sagar Lake today. The administration had conducted the trial run of a small cruise ship on the lake last week, besides holding water landing training for paragliders.

The DC said wayside amenities would also be improved and a hanging café would be set up near the Mandi-Bharari bridge on the Kiratpur-Manali four-lane highway.
