Under the Central Government’s Poshan Abhiyan, a medical camp was organised in Wazir Ram Singh Pathania Government College, Dehri, on Monday. A medical team from Fatehpur Health Block examined as many as 320 students during the camp, in which a number of girl students were found anaemic.

On this occasion, the Health Department organised a presentation competition on topics like prevention of HIV-AIDS, drug abuse and the importance of a balanced diet. Sameer, Hiya and Akshita secured the first, second and third position, respectively.

Block Medical Officer Dr Satish Fotedar urged the students to eat a balanced diet and maintain their personal hygiene.
