What our readers say: Streets in poor shape
Many streets of Narwana are in a pitiable condition and inundated with sewage. The officials concerned as well as political leaders going door to door to seek votes are responsible for the residents’ plight.

Ration depot holders fleece residents
substandard detergent powder and washing soaps are being forcibly sold to the residents by ration depot holders of Jagadhri. Residents are forced to buy these soaps and detergent powder at hefty prices along with ration material. The depot holders also charge more than the fixed price for sugar. The authorities concerned should take strict action.
