Last evening, while crossing main link road, just outside the Krishna Gaushala, I was shocked to find many stray cows roaming in the street. Forget cars, even two- wheelers drivers were finding it too difficult to cross the road. Rising incidents of vehicle theft leave residents hapless

Vehicle theft cases are continuously rising in the city, causing a lot of worry for residents. No area in the city is safe to park a vehicle. On Friday, two vehicles, one each of bike and car, were stolen from the city. Such incidents are happening daily, but no effective steps are being taken to stop such incidents. The police need to act more strictly. Sandeep Dhiman, Sirsa
