SPEED UP WORK OF RAILWAY OVERBRIDGE PROJECT
THE work on the rail-overbridge (ROB) on Dablain road here was started about six years ago with much fanfare with the assurance that it would be fully operational within 18 months. The work is still progressing at a snail's pace and it appears that it might take one more year to complete the project. The shopkeepers on both sides of the under-construction bridge have considerably lost their businesses, as it has virtually divided the city into two separate parts. The Railways and the contractor must speed up the work so that the project is completed soon. Ramesh Gupta, Narwana
