Hali Lake complex in a state of neglect

The historical Hali Lake in Panipat is a big example of negligence here. The Municipal Corporation has spent over Rs 23 crore to make the historical Hali Lake a tourism place in the city. But, the buildings and the Hali Lake are in poor state even after spending over Rs 23 crore here. The lake is filled with grass and weeds. The buildings constructed here have begun getting damaged. The issue of vehicles moving without proper number plates remains unchecked.
