It is to bring to the notice of the authorities concerned that the problem of waterlogging, which has become quite common in Kaithal, needs to be resolved on priority. Every year during the monsoon season, water gets accumulated on roads and streets, causing inconvenience to residents and commuters, especially two-wheeler riders. Besides, the accumulated water serves as a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Why is the administration not paying heed to our grievances? The authorities concerned ensure that necessary measures are taken in this regard at the earliest for the locals’ convenience.

Round up stray cattle in Narwana

Residents have been complaining about the stray cattle menace in Narwana for long. As soon as the sun sets, herds of cattle can be spotted on roads of residential and commercial areas, and their number is increasing day by day. As a result, there has also been a rise in traffic jams in the town. Many a time, commuters fail to spot such animals on the road at night, and it leads to accidents. The authorities concerned look into the matter and ensure that action is taken on priority.
