Traffic to be diverted in Sirsa today

In light of the upcoming vote counting for the Haryana Assembly elections at the CDLU, the district police have announced temporary road closures and diversions to ensure smooth traffic flow and public convenience. The routes from Bhuman Shah Chowk to Chatargarh Patti Railway Crossing and Bhuman Shah Chowk to Housing Board Chowk will remain closed as a precautionary measure.

According to a press note issued by the Police Department, these road sections will be closed for the general public during the counting process. Commuters are advised to use alternative routes. Vehicles travelling from Chatargarh Patti Crossing towards Bhuman Shah Chowk or vice versa should avoid these roads and cooperate with the police.

For those coming from Dabwali Road and heading towards Fatehabad or Hisar, it is recommended to take the bypass road via Hanuman Mandir Khairkan. Those entering Sirsa city can use the route through Barnala Road and head towards Ajay Vihar via Housing Board Chowk and Maharana Pratap Chowk. Similarly, the commuters travelling from Sirsa city to Barnala Road can take the route from the Bus Stand through Maharana Pratap Chowk and Ajay Vihar.

For the commuters coming from Fatehabad into Sirsa, entry through the Bus Stand is advised. Those heading from Fatehabad towards Dabwali should take the bypass from Moriwala to reach their destination directly.
