He will launch ‘Bima Sakhi’ scheme of the LIC for empowering women. Modi had launched the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ campaign from Panipat on January 22, 2015.

DC Virender Kumar Dahiya said that special arrangements to bring the women to the venue have been made and around 1,500 buses would bring them from all the districts.

While special parking has been made on 30 acres for buses, VIP parking will be separate. A parking lot on five acres for cars would be made.

Manohar Lal Khattar, Union Minister and former Chief Minister, also held a meeting of BJP leaders and party workers to make the programme a success. Dushyant Bhatt, BJP district president, said that special duties have been assigned to party workers. All the MLAs have been asked to bring people from their constituencies in large numbers, Bhatt said.
