Pharmacy student, driver killed after auto overturns in Gurugram

A pharmacy student and an auto driver died after the speeding vehicle overturned on a car in the Sohna area here. Two, including another girl student, were injured in the accident. An FIR was registered.

The incident took place around 2 pm on Friday near Silani village on the Sohna-Palwal road when an auto overturned on a car after the driver lost control over the three-wheeler. Palak (18), a resident of Ward 15, died on the spot.

Auto driver Anil (37) and passengers Ravinder (49) and Anupama (19) were injured. They were rushed to Sohna Civil Hospital, from where all were referred to a Gurugram hospital, where Anil succumbed to his injuries.
