MC Commissioner inspects construction sites in Hisar

Municipal Commissioner Neeraj inspected the sites of various development works in the town, including town park, library in Model Town and the Ashok Chakra gate being built at the entrance to the town in Hisar today.

The officer visited the town park to inspect the renovation work being done in the park. He directed the officials to speed up the work and ensure quality in the construction work. He said the work must be completed within the time limit set by the contractor and consultancy agency.

Neeraj also visited the Munshi Premchand Reading Room and Library located in Model Town. He told the officials to prepare the layout for the renovation of the library.

Later, he visited a site in Sector 13. The MC Commissioner was informed about the digging of the road by the gas agency to lay the pipeline. The Municipal Commissioner said the work of the gas agency should be stopped and if they still dig up the road, an FIR should be lodged against them.

The MC Commissioner inspected the dumping point built for wards 11 to 20 in Satrod village adjoining the town. The Municipal Commissioner inspected the model of Ashok Chakra being installed at the entrance to the town near Delhi Road Cantonment. He took information about the ongoing work from the officials and also ordered the officials and the consultancy agency to complete the work within the stipulated time frame. He ordered the officials to get the work done on the basis of quality.

During the inspection tour, the Municipal Commissioner inspected the works of the state-of-the-art eco-friendly crematorium being built in Rishi Nagar along with the officials and committee members and took detailed information about the works. During the inspection, Neeraj also took detailed information through the 3D model of the state-of-the-art eco-friendly crematorium. He ordered the officials to get the works of the state-of-the-art eco-friendly crematorium done on the basis of quality within the stipulated time frame.

During this time, along with the Municipal Commissioner, Executive Engineer (XEN) Sandeep Sihag, XEN Sandeep Dhundhwal, ME Sandeep Beniwal, Municipal Engineer Karampal Sindhu, Sumit Kumar, Junior Engineer (JE) Kushal, JE Ankur, JE Mandeep, JE Kuldeep, Chief of the Crematorium Committee Mahabir Saini and Treasurer Veerbhan Bansal etc were present.
