A massive fire broke out early Friday morning in a plastic recycling warehouse in Kadipur Industrial Area, rapidly spreading and engulfing a nearby truck. Over 20 fire engines from multiple stations, including Sector 37, Bhim Nagar, Sector 29 and Udyog Vihar, were dispatched to the scene.

The blaze, visible from a distance due to thick smoke and high flames, was brought under control after hours of intense firefighting efforts. Firefighters also prevented the fire from spreading to a nearby firecracker warehouse located just 200 m away.

The fire started around 4.30 AM in Street No. 8 of Kadipur Industrial Area, creating widespread panic among residents. However, no casualties have been reported.
