Former Bihar minister Tej Pratap Yadav, son of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, today addressed poll meetings in Kharkara and Dharuhera town here to woo migrant labourers who reside in a considerable number in Rewari constituency.

He came here to seek votes for Congress candidate and his close relative Chiranjeev Rao, who is trying his luck in the poll battle from Rewari for the second time. Chiranjeev is the son of former minister Capt Ajay Singh Yadav.

Attacking the BJP government, Tej Pratap said, “The CBI and ED carried out raids on our premises but we did not leave the support of truth as my family never learnt to bow down. Similar is Chiranjeev’s family which has been serving Rewari for the past 50 years. Hence, you should vote for him for the betterment of your region.”
