A native of Gujarat, the student is taking coaching from an institute in Rajinder Nagar, Delhi. He had come to the bar with his friends.

The injured student was admitted to Ganga Ram Hospital in Delhi and an FIR was registered at the Sector 29 police station on Friday.

According to a complaint filed by Sunil Chaudhary, a resident of Tukwara in Gujarat, the incident occurred on November 20 when he went to a bar with his friends, Pawan and Dikshant, for a party.
