A former CM and Congress stalwart, Bhupinder Singh Hooda, on Saturday cast his vote at his native Sanghi village in the district.

Women queuing up at the polling station welcomed him with folk songs. Hooda expressed his gratitude with folded hands.

Hooda, a five-time MLA and four-time MP, is contesting from the Garhi Sampla-Kiloi Assembly segment. Asked about the political scenario, he claimed that the Congress was going to form the government with a comfortable majority.
