Kurukshetra MP Naveen Jindal said the people of the state had expressed their faith in the BJP and formed the government with full majority. He said due to this, the state would witness all-round development.

The BJP today held a programme in Radaur town to thank the public for electing BJP Radaur candidate Shyam Singh Rana as an MLA. MP Jindal was the chief guest on the occasion.

“This time, the BJP government has been formed with full majority. Earlier, there was a BJP government in the state with allies. But, many times the allies do not allow public welfare works to be completed,” said Jindal. He said Shyam Singh Rana was a grassroots leader and he had gone door to door in this area and “awakened” the spirit of the BJP.

“Now, it is the duty of both of us to carry out development works in Radaur. Both of us, along with Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, will soon prepare a plan to develop this area,” said Jindal.

He said while campaigning, he had said only one thing from the stage, that the people of Haryana were aware and they would choose the party which was at the Centre.

In the programme, Shyam Singh Rana also addressed workers and thanked all the people present in the programme.

He said, “The people of the Radaur Assembly constituency made me an MLA by showing faith in the BJP. I will also fulfill their expectations.”

He said when he was elected MLA in the Assembly election of 2014, he did a lot of development work.

He said that this time too, he would work with full strength for the development of the area.
