Former minister and BJP state spokesman Krishan Murti Hooda said giving around 24,000 government jobs on merit by the BJP government on the very first day was just a trailer and “full movie” was yet to be displayed.

Krishan Murti was interacting with residents of Kiloi village here on Friday after distributing sweets among them to express his happiness on the declaration of 24,000 government jobs and the swearing-in of Nayab Singh Saini as the Chief Minister again. “Saini has fulfilled his poll promise by giving jobs before his swearing-in ceremony,” he added.

He claimed that many youth in Rohtak district had got the job without parchi and kharchi, so a delegation of elderly people and youngsters would call on Saini soon to express their gratitude for ensuring jobs on merit basis.

“The BJP has given a large number of government jobs to educated youth without any parchi-kharchi in the past decade, so people again showed their faith in the BJP and voted for it in the Assembly polls,” said Krishan Murti.

The former minister said all those Congress leaders who tried to lure voters in the name of government jobs on the basis of ‘parchi’ were taught a lesson by the people by ensuring their defeat in the Assembly elections.

“In the past decade, people have seen the functioning of the BJP government. They knew which party could provide them good governance, so they outrightly rejected the Congress and voted for the BJP,” said Krishan Murti.
