Gohana will see historic progress in 5 years, promises minister Arvind Sharma
Cabinet Minister Dr Arvind Sharma today visited over a dozen villages in the Gohana constituency and expressed his gratitude to the people for electing him MLA from the constituency.
Dr Sharma said that it was due to the love of the people of the Gohana area that he got the Cabinet berth in the newly elected state government. Dr Sharma promised that Gohana would witness historic development in the next five years.
Meanwhile, during his thanks visit to the place, people welcomed him by showering petals on him and offering garlands to him. They also distributed sweets on the occasion.
The minister first reached Barwasni village where president of 12 villages, Jasbir Barwasni, along with scores of people, welcomed him. After that Dr Sharma visited Ratangarh, Karewri, Juan, Trali, Rolad, Saragthal, Kasandi, Kasanda, Khanpur, Gamri and Garhi Ujalekhan and thanked people for approving the BJP’s policies of overall development.
Addressing a gathering, the Cabinet minister said people of the state, by electing the BJP for the third time in the state, had approved the welfare policies of the BJP at the Centre and in the state.
“No stone would be left unturned for the overall development of the Gohana constituency in the next five years,” he said. His wife Rita Sharma accompanied him during the visit.
The minister said people of the state had eliminated the narrative set by the Opposition. The BJP had ended the role of “parchi and kharchi” in government jobs due to which capable children of poor families were also getting government jobs on merit. Dr Sharma further stated that the Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini had fulfilled his promise by giving government jobs to 24,000 eligible candidates before joining the post of Chief Minister.
