Haryana Chief Secretary Vivek Joshi, along with officials from various departments, read out the Preamble of the Constitution here today, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of India. He said the officials should imbibe Constitutional values and work as per the rules so that no injustice was done to anyone.

Joshi said on the occasion of Constitution Day, a campaign named 'Mera Samvidhaan-Mera Swabhiman' is being run. The year-long campaign will revolve around four central themes: Preamble of the Constitution, Know Your Constitution, Creation of the Constitution and Celebrating the Glory of the Constitution.

He said any citizen of the state can go to the constitution75.com portal and upload his views or articles on the subject of the Constitution. He appealed to the officers and employees of the Haryana Civil Secretariat to participate in essay-writing and poster-making contests on mybharat.gov.in.
