Haryana Transport and Power Minister Anil Vij today claimed that the dispute between the Haryana and Rajasthan roadways had been resolved.

A challaning war had erupted with Haryana and Rajasthan after a Haryana woman police official reportedly travelled in a Rajasthan Roadways bus but refused to pay the fare.

“Due to some dispute between the Haryana and Rajasthan roadways, a challaning war had started on either side. But after discussing the matter with officials, the matter has been resolved,” said Vij.

Meanwhile, slamming the AAP on the issue of pollution in the Yamuna, Vij said, “Blaming others to hide own failures has become AAP's character. Its government has failed to clean the Yamuna over the past 10 years. The BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) levels of the river in Haryana, and after it enters Delhi, are enough to tell who is polluting it. We are not going to clean the dirt of Delhi. The AAP has only been issuing statements over the past 10 years instead of working," he claimed.

He also listened to grievances at his residence and issued directions to officials to resolve the complaints.

A resident of Ambala Cantonment accused her in-laws of harassing and beating her, following which Vij directed the Mahesh Nagar SHO to register a case.
