Karnal: Two former students from Kumari Vidyavati Anand (KVA) DAV College for Women, Karnal, have made their institution proud by achieving outstanding success in the judiciary exams, 2024. Chanchal of BSc medical stream with botany, zoology and biotechnology as her major subjects during sessions 2016-2019 in the college has successfully cleared the judiciary exam, 2024 from the state. She completed her LLB from Delhi University in 2022 and is currently pursuing her LLM from there. Another student, Barsha Devi, a student from non-medical stream in the college, has cleared Rajasthan Judiciary exam 2024. She completed her BSc from the college in 2021, with physics, chemistry and mathematics as her major subjects. She also possessed all required qualifications for the exam, including an LLB degree from Bharat College of Law, Babain, Kurukshetra, which she had recently completed in May, 2024. Chanchal reached college and interacted with students and motivated them. She was also felicitated at the event for her achievement. Meenu Sharma, Principal, emphasised that the students' achievements reflected on the institution's academic excellence it provided.

JCD dental college students shine in examinations

Sirsa: In a remarkable achievement, BDS first-year students from JCD Dental College, Sirsa, have excelled in the recent university annual exams, highlighting the college's commitment to academic excellence. Dr Arindam Sarkar, the college principal, credited the students' hard work and the faculty's dedication, calling it a testament to the college's high academic standards. Dipanshu secured the top position with 467 marks out of 600, followed by Ritika Mittal at second place with 466 marks and Kasak Puri in third with 463 marks. Nikita Rajpal and Tamanna Suresh rounded out the top five with 462 was third with 460 marks, respectively. The college celebrated other students in the top eight, with Jyoti, Raihana, and Yuvika also achieving high scores. Dr Jai Prakash, director-general of JCD Vidyapeeth, congratulated the students and staff, stating, "This accomplishment proves that when students and teachers work together, success is inevitable."
